In this episode I talk with Daughter of Change, Holly Arbuckle, CEO of Singing Pastures. Holly and her husband John are 9th generation farmers. In 2016 they started Singing Pastures with a mission of Wildly Regenerative Agriculture.
Their goals are to: increase the availability of healthy, nutritious pork and to promote regenerative agriculture. As former raft guides and outdoor educators, they recognized you can’t create healthy food without a healthy planet. A quote from their website spells it out “The next generation is counting on us to do better.”
Holly and I dig in and talk about how Holly and John identified the need to do things differently, what they are doing, how they are doing it and what regenerative agriculture is.
