While curiosity may have killed the cat, being curious and asking questions fuels Deb Nelson’s work every day. An avid reader, Deb came across the phrase “It is impossible for cancer to develop in an alkaline environment” while reading a book about optimal performance in sports and life. That phrase changed the course of Deb’s life as it spurred her on to research the relationship surrounding nutrition, lifestyle, and cancer.
Deb became both an author and health coach as a result of that seemingly small phrase. She published her first book, Finding Health After Cancer: Stories of Renewal and Healing last year and is now speaking with groups to share the stories of cancer survivor and the lessons they taught her.
Deb’s advice to all of us: Stay curious. Ask questions. Take control of your life.https://www.bewellcg.com/
